You care deeply—and somehow school has begun taking over
You are constantly thinking ahead
You know what is due, what has not been started and what might happen if no one intervenes.
You do not know when to step in
You question whether you are helping too much, not helping enough—or making things worse.
Your teenager is capable but stuck
They may avoid, scroll, argue, panic or shut down even when you know they have the ability.
You miss feeling like yourself
You want fewer conversations about unfinished work and more space to enjoy your teenager and your own life.
Understand the pattern. Reduce the pressure. Return to yourself.
This is not a full day of lectures. It combines guided reflection, practical family-pattern work, nervous-system education, gentle body-based regulation, meaningful connection and accessible yoga.
Relief, understanding and one realistic way forward
- A personal map of the Study Reminder Cycle operating in your family.
- A clearer understanding of where your teenager’s capability may be getting stuck.
- A Before You Remind Reset™ for moments when fear and urgency rise.
- Gentle somatic and vagus-nerve-informed practices to support your own regulation.
- A clearer distinction between what is yours, theirs and genuinely shared.
- One responsibility you are ready to put down and one part of yourself to reclaim.
- A printed workbook and Seven-Day Middle-Path Experiment to take home.
No previous yoga experience is needed. The yoga and body-based practices are gentle, invitational and adaptable. You remain in charge of how you participate throughout the day.
You can support their capability without losing yourself
Step out of the Reminder Cycle for one day and discover a calmer, more connected way to support the teenager you love.

Before you book
Does my teenager attend?
No. This immersion begins with Mum—the part of the family pattern you can directly influence. Your teenager does not need to participate for you to gain something useful from the day.
Is this therapy?
No. The immersion provides education, guided reflection and practical self-regulation experiences. It is not medical care, mental-health treatment or a substitute for professional support where that is needed.
Do I need yoga experience?
No. The 30-minute NeuroFlow Yoga session is gentle and accessible, with choices for seated or standing participation.
What time does the day really begin?
Doors open at 9:00 am for a relaxed arrival. The facilitated program begins at 9:20 am and concludes at 4:00 pm.
Where is the immersion being held?
The immersion will be held on Saturday 26 September 2026 at The Wellness Haven, 5/24 Anzac Parade, Yeppoon.
